Standard Particles

Our NIST Traceable Particle Size Standards are highly monodisperse latex (polystyrene) particles, conveniently supplied in dropper bottle sat 1% solids (w/v) inde-ionized water with 0.05% of Tween-20 to maintain their long-term dispersity. The labeled average diameter of small particles (Ð＜1μm) are determined by a CPS disccent rifuge and the larger ones (Ð≧1μm) are determined by the electric sensing zone(ESZ) analysis.
